• Welcome to MCI Music & More! Our selection of fine guitars is hard to match. We specialize in high-end but affordable instruments. If you cannot find the specific guitar you are looking for, please contact us directly. 
• The MCI Custom Shop exists to provide players with affordable high-quality gear at a fraction of the price of the high-end, big ticket instruments. Send us an email about your build specifications and let us build it for you. Note - Custom Builds require a minimum of 50% down payment and the balance due upon completion. Please note that any deposits are non-refundable once the building process has started.

Payment Policies:

• Payment: We accept Paypal, Certified funds, bank wires, cashiers checks, cash on pick-up, 90 day layaways accepted with 1/3rd deposit down and balance due within 60 days.
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for all damage claims due to shipping loses.
• MCi Music offers shipping by USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or Fex Ex. Shipping and insurance are the sole responsibility of the customer, including all insurance claims due to shipping loses
• We ship to all domestic and international customers. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Returns:

• PLEASE READ FULLY PRIOR TO PURCHASE
• We realize it can be hard to purchase an item without the opportunity to try it first, so we offer a 48 hour approval on internet and phone orders on all stock items starting from the time you receive your shipment. (note - except as indicated: (Custom Builds and custom ordered guitars, Ebay & closeout items are not eligible for refunds)
• If you wish to return a stock item free of alterations, please notify us in writing that you will be returning the item and the reason within the approval period for a full refund less shipping charges. Note: 10% Restocking fee applied to all items that are altered from brand new saleable condition. 
• Custom Builds are labor intensive and typically take 8-10 weeks minimum. A minimum deposit of 50% down-payment and the balance due upon completion.  Please note that deposits are non-refundable once the build is under way or parts have been changed on new builds. Build photos are always available during the process to keep our customers appraised of the weekly progress. If something is not to your liking, we will kindly try to correct and rectify any issues prior to it's completion. 
• Shipping charges from our destination are non-refundable and alterations or damaged items are non-refundable.
• Be sure to re-pack the item in it's original unmolested state in the original shipping carton and insure the item for the full amount that you paid for it.
• We cannot be responsible for the merchandise from the time you receive it until it is safely returned to us.
• We strive for excellence with every product and promise the utmost professionalism in dealing with any shipping or returns issues that may arise. Your business is important to us, so if you have any problems with your purchase or transaction, please let us know.
